单机游戏是什么意思？

单机游戏，就是不联网的游戏。

单机游戏（Single-Player Game），也称单人游戏，是相对于网络游戏而言的。一般指游戏的主要玩法只需要一台电脑就能完成的电子游戏，不能进行互联网对战。但随着网络的普及，为适应防盗版、后续内容下载服务、多人联机对战的目的，更多单机游戏也开始需要互联网支持。

通过动作捕捉系统而把演员的完美表演融入到游戏中，还会有些文学大师为游戏编写剧本，而请一些获得过大奖的音乐艺术家来为游戏配乐也是司空见惯。而且单机游戏在剧本上比较注重于内涵和人文表达，往往剧情赋予了游戏更深刻的含义，游戏传达给玩家的理念通常是积极向上的。

1、“篮球与乒乓球”

方法：游戏者围成圈。游戏开始，教师指定任何一人从逆时针或顺时针方向开始游戏，第一人说：“篮球！”同时两手做成乒乓球的样子。第二人应接着说：“乒乓球！”同时两手做成篮球的样子。如此交替进行。如果某人发生错误，必须为大家表演一个节目。然后从发生错误的人开始，继续游戏。

规则：①必须讲话与手势同时进行。②前后两人之间不能停顿时间过长，否则为失败。教学建议：也可以采用说高低、胖瘦等，并做出相反意思的动作来进行游戏。

2、“指部位”。

方法：游戏者用食指指着自己的鼻尖。游戏开始，游戏者必须连续不间断地给自己下达七个口令，如“眼睛-耳朵-头发-嘴巴-眉毛-牙齿-喉咙”等，在下达每个口令的同时，食指必须指向错误的部位。七个口令中只要有一个口令言行一致。则为失败，失败者必须为大家表演一个节目。

规则：动作必须到位清楚，否则为失败。以下3种方法可任选一种。一对一比赛，3次2胜。2人面向，两脚左右开立，足尖与对方足尖相触，两臂在胸前弯曲，掌心向前与对方手掌互贴。教师吹哨后，2人一掌用力互推,迫使对方脚步移动为胜。

3、蛇战

目的：发展灵敏素质。准备：根据学生的人数，平均分成几个组，使每组在5-10人之间。方法：每组站成一排，后面的人抱住前面人的腰组成一个整体。游戏开始的命令下达后，各组之间相互混战，如有一组排头抓到另一组蛇尾时，被抓到的一组立刻淘汰出局。最后，没有被抓到尾巴的一组，即是优胜者。

规则：被抓尾巴时，则淘汰出局。蛇腰脱节时，排头抓到另一组排尾无效。

4、踩影子

目的：发展学生快速奔跑能力及学生快速反应的能力。游戏方法：学生每两人自由组合成一组，在规定的范围区域开展游戏活动，一人奔跑躲闪，另一人去踩奔跑同学头部的影子，踩中后交换。

游戏规则：①必须在规定活动区域中开展活动.②踩影子时，只能踩奔跑同学头部的影子。③踩影子的同学不允许用手去拉奔跑的同学。

5、队列练习

跆拳道起源于朝鲜半岛，早期是由朝鲜三国时代的跆跟、花郎道演化而来的，韩国民间流行的一项技击术。

5、截拳道

不拘于形式，思想上成熟的觉悟，以水为本质而攻击，反击；将一切化解于无形。是武术宗师李小龙生前创立的一类现代武术体系，由于李小龙的过早逝去，使得很多人并不了解截拳道。

泰拳应该练什么器械？

你连出拳的要领都没掌握，根本不是器械问题造成的。
全身放松，拳面接触目标的一瞬间在收紧肌肉，对敌人的破坏力是最大的，练习靶子就要养成这种习惯（本人研究过武兵的泰拳，魏峰的截拳道，均要求如此），我在运用中也进步神速。平时我用哑铃冲拳（直拳），在胸前时慢时快的用哑铃相互螺旋上升或下降，对练习肌肉爆发力较好。还有手抓铁球，左右手各一个铁球，每个重约6斤，让球自然下落，双手交叉抓下落的球，让其不下落，练习反应能力和准确性（好处较多），但铁球不好买（我在工厂里找的），建议用铅球替代。

初学者如何练泰拳？

练习泰拳之前如果没有练过其他武术项目如：跆拳道、散打、空手道、太极拳或其他运动项目等，每天练习泰拳之前首先拉一下韧带、做深蹲、压腿、慢跑、空手出拳等把僵硬的身体打开，至全身发热而不出汗为止。

泰拳强调的是瞬间爆发力，爆发力量的练习一般有以下2种：

1、在手腕部绑上小沙袋或手握小哑铃(一般不超过6斤）对空快速做击打动作，10分钟一组，休息2分钟，连做3次，每天2次共1小时。我一般早晚各一次,每次30分钟。

2、快速俯卧撑，快速做5分钟，休息2分钟，做5次，约30分钟，早晚各一次。说起来容易，做起来难，只要能坚持下来，一个星期以后肯定见效果。

用慢跑练耐力：每天早晚各慢跑5000m，跑完后压韧带，压脚背。慢跑也可以改为蛙跳和原地高抬腿跑，每次快速做3分钟，休息2分钟，做5组。

仰卧起坐练腹肌：不用完全起身也不用背部接触地面，做的时候速度要快，尽可能的多做，感觉不行了再坚持10s。每天坚持做3组，每组10分钟。

身体硬度的练习：1、拳、肘部、膝部和腿部的练习：拳击沙袋，前期带上拳套，来保护自己拳头的皮肤，初期出拳不要太重，因为出拳太猛和出拳方向掌握不好很可能会造成拳头外侧皮肤的撕裂和其他伤害，出拳由轻到重，找到适合自己的出拳力度，分组练习（一次击打30组，50组，再休息，再练习）到自己拳头够硬的时候摘掉拳击套，徒手练习。同时练习肘部、膝部、腿部击打沙袋，由轻到重。腿部的练习也可以用木棒敲击小腿骨，由轻到重，循序渐进。2、头部、背部、**、腹部等抗击打能力练习：首先要练出来肌肉然后用小木棒拍打，由轻到重，然后换粗点的木棒然后是铁棒，有条件的可以让队友带拳套进行打击，没事的时候就练习。

泰拳即泰国拳术，**力大。泰拳(Muay Thai)是一门传奇的格斗技艺，是一项以力量与敏捷著称的运动。主要运用人体的拳、腿、膝、肘四肢八体作为八种**进行攻击，出拳发腿、使膝用肘发力流畅顺达，力量展现极为充沛，攻击力猛锐。现在人们口中所说的泰拳一般指现代泰拳，而并非指古代泰拳(Muay Boran)。
