这家烩面它的高汤全是用牛骨头熬制而成的，这家的烩面可以随便地加汤，因为店主比较实在，我们每次吃的时候，面的份量都很大，第一次碗里几乎没有可以盛放高汤的地方了，但是，不用担心，当你把面吃到一半时，感觉烩面有点稠了，可以让服务员免费为您加汤，这高汤直到加到您满意为止，让您一次喝个够，有时候真的感觉很多顾客都不是为了烩面而来，而是为了喝到这美味的高汤而来的。想着都想吃了。

Every year we go to some hotel for lunch. I think a reservation is required if you want to go to famous restaurant, like Queen Alice.
